Subject: SSL Certificate Renewal Failed for carneirofilho.com.br
Body:
Hello, Netlify Support Team.
My site, carneirofilho.com.br, is showing a “Your connection is not private” error (NET::ERR_CERT_COMMON_NAME_INVALID). The SSL certificate has expired, and the automatic renewal process is failing with a “DNS verification failed” error.
Here is my Netlify site name: startling-bublanina-a66b48.netlify.app.
I have already taken the following troubleshooting steps:
-
The domain was suspended due to a payment issue with my registrar (
Registro.br), which has been corrected. The domain is now active. -
My domain’s nameservers are correctly pointing to Cloudflare.
-
I have configured the DNS records in Cloudflare to correctly point to my Netlify site.
-
The
Arecord for the root domain (@) points to75.2.60.5. -
The
CNAMErecord forwwwpoints tostartling-bublanina-a66b48.netlify.app. -
The proxy status for both records is set to “DNS Only.”
Despite these corrections, the certificate is not provisioning automatically. I have checked the documentation and tried the suggested solutions.
Could you please help me diagnose why the certificate provisioning is still failing even with the correct DNS setup?
Thank you.
