Poptin plugin not working

Hi,
I installed a javascript plugin in my local site. https://grand-gnome-faae64.netlify.app/
This shows a pop up, in the console i see its triggered. but the pop up is not showing.
this works else where but in netlify its not working.

We cannot help with your custom code and I am not sure what popup you’re mentioning. I’m getting this:
