Please delete orphaned DNS zone for desenglobal.com (team "Bahtiyar Murtazaoglu" deleted)

Hi Netlify Support,

I’m writing from the account that originally owned the Netlify DNS zones for desenglobal.com and desen.sa.

  • Account email: murtazabahtiyar@yandex.com
  • Deleted team name: Bahtiyar Murtazaoglu

What happened:

  • desenglobal.com and www.desenglobal.com were set up with Netlify DNS on the team “Bahtiyar Murtazaoglu” and served the site desenconstruction.netlify.app. The team also had a DNS zone for desen.sa.
  • I removed the domains from the site, deleted the site, and then deleted the whole team.
  • I have since created a new project on another Netlify account and need to add these domains there.
  • When I try, I get: “desenglobal.com or one of its subdomains is already managed by Netlify DNS on another team.”

It looks like the DNS zones were not removed when the team was deleted. Since the team no longer exists, I can’t delete them myself.

The domain is registered at Hostinger and its nameservers are already back at Hostinger. For ownership verification I added this TXT record:

The domains should be added to:

  • Account email: behllemr@gmail.com
  • Team slug: desen global
  • Site: desenglobal.netlify.app

Could you please delete the orphaned DNS zones for desenglobal.com (including any subdomain zones such as www.desenglobal.com) and desen.sa, so I can add them to the new site?
