Hi Netlify Support,
I own the domain monnit.co.kr. It was previously connected to a Netlify site using Netlify DNS, but I deleted that site without releasing the domain first, so the DNS zone was never removed. Now, when I try to add monnit.co.kr to my new project, I get this error:
“monnit.co.kr or one of its subdomains is already managed by Netlify DNS on another team.”
I no longer have access to the old team that holds this DNS zone, so I’m unable to delete it myself.
To verify ownership, I’ve added the following TXT record at my domain registrar:
- Host: verified-for-netlify
- Value: monnitk.netlify.app
Could you please remove the orphaned DNS zone for monnit.co.kr so I can connect it to my current project, monnitk.netlify.app?
