Non WWW. site address not working, using Netlify DNS

Good Evening,

I am encountering an issue I have never had before, I have used (and do use) netlify for all my deploys but for some reason this has me stumped.

My site is here ephemeral-biscuit-d651f1.netlify.app

Hosted on netlify, with the domain name purchased on namecheap. The site is deployed via drag and drop (yet to upload to git).

  1. DNS provider: Netlify DNS (nameservers pointed from Namecheap)
  2. Issue: Apex domain hsqeflow.co.uk not resolving after 48+ hours, www.hsqeflow.co.uk works fine
  3. What you’ve checked:
    • NS records propagated correctly
    • Both domains added in Domain management
    • SSL certificate active
    • Correct NETLIFY and NETLIFYv6 records in DNS zone
