It has been 48 hours now and I am able to access the new website via mobile data and through a VPN but not through my computer or any other computer without vpn.
I have cleared my Cache, tried in incognito, flushed DNS via ipconfig/flushdns and i have restarted my computers, and still I am getting the old site.
do you know what might be causing this issue and how I can resolve it?

Hi Melvin, Thank you for your speedy response
Unfortunately I am still getting the same issue but your reply sounds promising.
2 out of 6 devices connected to my network are retrieving the new netlify site while the others show the old wix one. I have DNS flushed, cleared cache and restarted all devices and still no luck. Maybe its a device issue as It looks like any device that previously went on the site is showing the old site but devices that haven’t will show the new site
Thanks for following up. It does sound like an issue with the specific devices or maybe the network they are on. Have you tried restarting your router?
These are the results I see when doing a nslookup:
