No response from sales team to upgrade to enterprise (in order to whitelist the website)

No one reached me to help me upgrade to enterprise, even though i sent several emails over 1 week, and clicked on contact sales in the dashboard ! that is super weird. :zipper_mouth_face:

I’m checking in with the sales team on this, but meanwhile, could you explain what you mean by allowlist your site?

i simply want to enable the feature demonstrated in the image attached

The team mentioned that they reverted back on May 18 and did not hear back from you since then. Did you get any emails?

no email at all, i had an email from anthony after we had a meeting regarding this issue and i replied to him, but nothing after ! i am asking for an enterprise upgrade is it too much to ask? @hrishikesh

I checked again and they mention they’ve spoken to you.
