Can't upgrade my account

Hello

I am the owner of the Evinced, Inc. team on Netlify (we have 5 different websites hosted on Netlify).
I am trying to upgrade my company’s account a few times but I keep getting a red alert banner, and all it says is “401”, I am not sure what is the problem and if I’m doing something wrong, or if it is a Netlfy bug, however I refilled the form a few times so I am pretty sure that I got it right on at least one of my attempts.

Thanks for reaching out. Apologies that this has happened. Can you please share a copy for the full error message? A screenshot would be great. Additionally, have you tried upgrading on multiple machines and browsers?
