Hello Netlify Support Team,
I’m reaching out because my Netlify account has been suspended and I’m unable to log in. When I try to authenticate, I receive the following error:
“Authentication Error: Your account has been suspended. Please contact support for assistance.”

- Site name: harish-sridharan.netlify.app
- Site type: Personal portfolio website (a static HTML site showcasing my biomedical engineering projects and resume)
I did not receive any prior notification or warning before this suspension, and I’m not aware of any Terms of Service violation. The site contains only my personal resume, project descriptions, and contact information — no malicious content, spam, or anything that should trigger a suspension.
Could you please review my account and let me know the reason for the suspension? If this was triggered in error by an automated system, I would appreciate having it lifted so I can continue using the site, which I actively share with potential employers and collaborators.
