Netify account setup problem

  • We need to know your netlify site name.]chaugeorge9@gmail.com
  • I cannot set up the account. i have a github account, when i login to netify with github, it told me authentication error.
  • if i login with my email, it tried to email me a authentication email. i cannot see my authentication email. i looked into the spam, it didn’t have it. i could not proceed.

Hi, @georgehh. Everything looks your account was created and the login is approved. However, there is no password configured to allow you to login. The solution for this is to set a password using the password reset form below:

https://app.netlify.com/login/forgot-password

If you still cannot login after resetting the password, please let us know.
