Need to transfer domain from team no one has access to new team

Hi!
The domain: acumuladoresdecalor.pt
It’s currently successful deployed at: https://acumuladoresdecalor-pt.netlify.app
Is currently assigned to an account that we dont have access - the domain was discontinued.
So, I need to transfer this domain to another team.

Can you help me transfer the domain to my team: Netlify?

I’ve done the settings requested:
However, you can create a new post in the Netlify Support Forums explaining your situation and use the link to that post as the value for your DNS record.

Here’s how you can do it:

  1. Go to the Netlify Support Forums.
  2. Click on + New Topic.
  3. Write a post explaining your situation and mention the domain you are trying to verify.
  4. After you publish the post, copy the URL of the post.
  5. Use this URL as the value for your TXT DNS record.

Remember, the DNS record should look like this:

  • Type: TXT
  • Name: verified-for-netlify
  • Value: The URL of your forum post

Once you’ve done this, Netlify’s support team will be able to

@h3felix I confirm that I can see the appropriate TXT record.

You’ll need to wait until one of Netlify’s staff manually remove it from the other account (@Melvin @sid.m)

I’ve removed the DNS zone connected to acumuladoresdecalor.pt, you should be able to successfully add it to your account
