Please release thedaughtercare.org from old Netlify account

Hi Netlify team,

I recently purchased/transferred the domain thedaughtercare.org from another user. The transfer was successful at Hostinger, and I now own this domain.

My Netlify site name: [https://thedaughterscare.netlify.app/\\]

However, when I try to add thedaughtercare.org to my Netlify project, I get this error message:
“thedaughtercare.org or one of its subdomains is already managed by Netlify DNS on another team.”

The previous owner no longer has access to their Netlify account, so I cannot ask them to remove it.

I have added a TXT record to my DNS with the value as the URL of this forum post as proof of ownership.

Please release the domain from the old Netlify team so I can add it to my project.
