I can’t use netlify. when i login my account,My account stay in this page.it is not a cache/network/device problem. account email id: kmnahidulislambd@gmail.com . also when I tried to open a new account,it automatically suspended.kindly fix this issue. if this is an ip block issue kindly fix it .my current ip: 37.111.222.156

sir I want to use free version of netlify. please make my account new .or reset everything. If will upgrade to pro some months later … please sir help me

@kmnahidulislam There is no guaranteed “free version of Netlify”, there is only the Starter Plan that starts at $0 but does have charges based on exceeding thresholds of usage as outlined on the Pricing Page.

If you had an account that incurred usage charges you must pay the outstanding debt.

@kmnahidulislam I can do nothing for you, I do not work for Netlify.

Depending on the size of your debt and if you were previously on a paid plan you may be able to discuss with them, but if you were on a Starter Plan, incurred a debt and are now refusing to pay it, they will not reset you to a fresh Starter Plan so you can potentially incur another debt.

@kmnahidulislam As mentioned earlier in the thread, @sid.m indicates they’ve temporarily re-enabled your account so you can update your payment information.

If you can’t access the account to input the payment details you’ll need to wait and see what other options Netlify give you to pay.

If you don’t plan on inputting payment details or paying any outstanding debt, then you won’t be able to host with Netlify.

@kmnahidulislam - we unlocked your account to let you pay your bill. You instead deleted the account, and tried to create a new one. We won’t be able to let you back in, since you can understand that we weren’t trying to let you dodge your bill, but pay it, and you chose not to, and so you are now locked out again - by your own hand this time.

Our fraud team will be back in the office on monday and can review this if you think my description was incorrect, but I spent awhile digging to determine this so I could get you to stop spamming Nathan about your situation.

We won’t be able to help you out until next week most likely, since you were intended to pay your bill, and you chose not to do that but instead recreate your account.
