Namecheap Domain & Netlify Hosting - Server Not Found

Good Morning,

My site is https://elevaragroup.netlify.app, and currently I am having trouble with a server not found error when using NameCheap DNS.

The domain name is https://elevaragroup.co.uk/, i have changed the neamecheap DNS to custom and have included the netlify server addresses.

These are:

I have had no previous issues with hosting sites this way and all of my other current sites use NameCheap and Netlify without issue. I have tried deleting the DNS zone and re-establishing but this has had no effect.

I have checked both set-ups over and over but with no luck!

I have tried setting a parking page and deleting the custom DNS records on namecheap (and setting them back to namecheap hosted) but again, no effect.

I am at a loss as to why this does not seem to be working and how to solve the issue.

@Venexcon I don’t see any nameserver records against your domain, so you should contact NameCheap.

Thanks for the prompt reply.

I have just reset the nameservers this morning so unsure why it didn’t show up. I will contact NameCheap and ask.

@Venexcon You can also confirm it yourself with dig elevaragroup.co.uk NS +short

Note: I don’t work for Netlify

I just know that without nameserver records on your domain, Netlify isn’t even involved.

So to anyone wondereing I managed to get it sorted, turned out the domain was blacklisted by nomsinet due to thinking the domain belonged to a Ltd company rather than an indiviudal.
