Hello, my website monitoring.girdghana.comis currently offline because my workspace was placed on a Restricted Team plan for non-payment.
I was definitely not aware the workspace had become a restricted team workspace as i have been away from work for sometime. Aside the site mentioned above there is one other in the team “selassie-portfolio.netlify.app”
My sites now show “Site not found.” I reached out before and was given ticket numbers #1051803 and #1051903 but I didn’t get any response after that.
Could you please help restore or downgrade the workspace back to the free personal plan so my website can come back online so that I can make the payment to get back on the Pro plan?
