My card expired and now I'm on "Restricted Plan" - PLEASE HELP!

I CAN’T UPDATE MY PAYMENT DETAILS!

Recently my card expired which has now put my invoice past due and on a “restricted special plan”, when I try to update my payment card the page just loads no matter what browser or incognito window I use. It says I have to submit a ticket, but same thing, it just says “something went wrong” and I can’t submit anything on any browser.

I am trying to give you my money and pay my dues, but you are making it really hard, my domain is essentially being held hostage lol
