Everytime I try to log in with my GitHub account, it stays forever on the loading page.
No error, just ofrever loading.
I tried different browsers and computers, but the result is the same. Eternal login-in page
Hi @pachicodes thanks for reaching out and welcome to the Netlify support forums. That definitely sounds weird. The usual solution for this issue is the following steps.
- Login to Netlify using the email address and password only.
- If you do not have a password configured, you can add one by using the password reset form .
- Once logged into Netlify with the email address and password, then change the GitHub account associated with this email address here: Netlify App
- Log out of Netlify.
Once this is done, you should be able to log into Netlify using GitHub or the email address. Both methods of login should work now. If they do not or if there are any other questions, please let us know.
I have tried that, but I never got the link to reset my password

Hey there, I’m not seeing a Netlify account with that email. It’s probably an email that you use for Github but not Netlify. Could there be another email this account is associated with, or do you have a site name we could search by?
The forever-loading sometimes happen if your account has been shut down due to an overdue bill. We can check that out for you when we find out what your account is.
