Manual deploy fails with a CORS error?

I’m trying to manually deploy site https://radcade.netlify.app by uploading a static directory.
I get an error :

We’re having some trouble connecting you to Netlify.

This error may be caused by an ad blocker or browser extension. You can try disabling blocking on this page or running in incognito

I have tried multiple browsers without ad blockers. If I open the browser console there is an CORS error connecting to the netlify api Screenshot attached.

We’d suggest not using drag and drop. I am guessing you might have seen this article for trying different browsers without plugins, but in it, we suggest using our CLI or a different deployment method; if that doesn’t work, we don’t have any good way to troubleshoot it but fortunately there are many better ways to deploy
