Mail Server is not working even after all DNS records implementation

Our mail server is not working even when all the DNS records required by the email provider. When we submitted a ticket to the email provider, they suggested us to check with

Your MX record looks okay to me!

Maybe check with your email provider that the SRV records you defined are correct?
