Our mail server is not working even when all the DNS records required by the email provider. When we submitted a ticket to the email provider, they suggested us to check with dns1.p05.nsone.net.
Any suggestions to solve this issue?
By the way I did check this forum.
The DNS records that the email provider gave us was this:

Your MX record looks okay to me!
Maybe check with your email provider that the SRV records you defined are correct?
