Lost access to account, need to free up subdomain (GitHub Connected)

Hello Netlify Support Team,

I have lost access to the Google account I used to sign up for Netlify. The account was created sometime in 2026, but the email address was a completely random “keyboard smash” that I didn’t save, and my browser data was wiped.

Here are my project details to prove ownership:

Netlify Site URL: nexora-bot-tanitim.netlify.app

Connected GitHub Account: PWEPWEPWEPWEPWEPWE

Since my GitHub account is still connected and I have full access to the source code, could you please transfer this site to the email address I am sending this message from?

It is very important for my project that I keep the “nexora-bot-tanitim.netlify.app” subdomain. If a direct transfer is not possible, could you please provide the exact full email address so I can recover it, OR delete the site from that lost account so the subdomain becomes available for me to claim on my new account?

Thank you for your help.

Hey @Aras1 ,
Thanks for reaching out!

We’ve gone ahead and created a support ticket for you, so our team can follow up with you directly via email from the help desk. Our Support crew will be in touch with you by email soon.

Great news: these days anyone can reach out to Netlify Support. First, you can try getting an answer using Ask Netlify, our helpful AI search tool. If your question isn’t answered there, you can submit a ticket using the support form, and we’ll take it from there.

We’re keeping the community around for swapping ideas, sharing tips and tricks, and talking shop with other folks building on the platform — but for support issues, tickets are the way to go.
