Hey there,

which custom domain is this regarding?
I can’t look it up if I don’t know the domain
Hey @perry - The domain is www.loooop.de
Thanks for you help!
hi @steffenmllr - we are still investigating this, just wanted to let you know we haven’t forgotten.
Hey @steffenmllr, we took a closer look and it seems like there’s a stray IPv6 record that’s conflicting with the A record pointing to our load balancer:
loooop.de has IPv6 address 2a01:488:42:1000:50ed:8223:e6:fd0
Can you delete that record at your domain host and see if that makes it possible for you to get your SSL cert in our UI?
If that works, we’ll get a request filed internally for an improved error message in our UI for this scenario
Hey @jen - there was a IPV6 Record which I deleted. Can you check if this was the issue ?
It was, you should be all set now! Please let us know if you run into any issues and many thanks for your patience
