Context:
We need to replace the existing SSL/TLS certificate (from Let’s Encrypt) that we have for this site to a custom certificate. When trying to set the custom certificate we are receiving a generic error message that is preventing us from setting our custom certificate.
I have posted a screenshot of the error below to show what we are seeing.
