Let's Encrypt certificate not provisioning for eatwisely.ai

Hi Netlify team — I’ve configured my apex domain eatwisely.ai as the primary domain, DNS is verified and fully propagated (A records point to 75.2.60.5 and 99.83.190.102), and SSL provisioning is stuck.

I’ve already:

  • Removed and re-added the domain
  • Set it as primary again
  • Retried DNS verification

But Let’s Encrypt certificate has still not been issued. Can you please force re-provisioning for this domain?

Try removing and re-adding the domain, then re-trigger SSL. If that fails, request Netlify to force re-provisioning.

Please remove the A record pointing to 99.83.190.102, it’s incorrect. Once that change propagates the SSL certificate will provision successfully.
