Hi Netlify Support,
I’m having trouble provisioning a Let’s Encrypt certificate for inrev.jp.
Site: inrev
Primary domain: inrev.jp
Alias: www.inrev.jp
I am using Netlify DNS.
Netlify’s Verify DNS configuration reports that DNS verification was successful.
The production Netlify site is public and accessible, and I also ran inrev.jp through Let’s Debug using HTTP-01, which returned All OK.
However, Netlify now reports:
“We could not provision a Let’s Encrypt certificate for your custom domain.”
The HTTPS section only gives me “Verify DNS configuration” and “Provide your own certificate”; there is no option to retry/provision the managed certificate.
Could you please check the certificate provisioning state for this site and re-trigger/reset the managed Let’s Encrypt certificate if necessary?
