Let’s Encrypt certificate provisioning fails – DNS verified and Let’s Debug All OK

Hi, I’m unable to provision a Let’s Encrypt certificate for my custom domain.

Site: electric-nougat-c5ce58.netlify.app
Domain: greenpatagonia.com.ar
DNS provider: DonWeb

DNS configuration:
Apex A → 75.2.60.5
www CNAME → electric-nougat-c5ce58.netlify.app

Netlify’s Verify DNS configuration reports success.

Let’s Debug reports All OK for:

  • greenpatagonia.com.ar HTTP-01
  • www.greenpatagonia.com.ar HTTP-01
  • www.greenpatagonia.com.ar DNS-01

The DNS configuration has been in place for several weeks, so this does not appear to be a propagation issue.

However, clicking Provision certificate still returns:

“We could not provision a Let’s Encrypt certificate for your custom domain.”

Could you please check the certificate provisioning state for this site/domain and reset or manually trigger provisioning if necessary?

With DNS and ACME validation passing, I’d have Netlify check the certificate state internally. Secure HTTPS is just as important for public services like a GEPCO online bill checker or LESCO bill lookup.
