Title: Let’s Encrypt certificate provisioning fails despite successful DNS verification and Let’s Debug
Hi Netlify Support,
I’m unable to provision a Let’s Encrypt SSL certificate for my custom domain.
Netlify site:
nutryway.netlify.app
Custom domains:
nutryway.com.br
www.nutryway.com.br
DNS provider:
Hostinger
Netlify shows:
“DNS verification was successful”
However, when I click “Provision certificate”, I get:
“We could not provision a Let’s Encrypt certificate for your custom domain.”
I’ve checked the DNS configuration:
- @ → ALIAS → apex-loadbalancer.netlify.com
- www → CNAME → nutryway.netlify.app
- No additional A, AAAA or CAA records
DNS propagation has also been verified globally.
I ran Let’s Debug using HTTP-01 for both domains:
- nutryway.com.br → All OK
- www.nutryway.com.br → All OK
Could you please check the certificate provisioning state for this domain and, if necessary, reset or re-trigger the Let’s Encrypt certificate provisioning?
