My team is showing “Travelers is now running on operational credits” and production deploys are paused. The site itself is still up, but I can’t publish any updates to it.

This is a personal project — a trip planner I use with my family. Traffic is a handful of visits a week, the deploys are manual drag-and-drop, and no build minutes are being consumed. Nothing about the usage explains hitting a limit.
I can see a number of other free-plan teams reporting the same banner since July, several with credits still showing as available. Could you check whether my team is caught by the same issue and reset it so production deploys resume?
