Hello Netlify team,
My team “louvorhubby’s team” (Free plan, site: agendaharmomix) is showing the banner “louvorhubby’s team is now running on operational credits — production deploys and Agent Runners are paused.”
However, my Usage & Billing page shows:
- Credits available: 30 (with a warning icon)
- Billing period: Jul 12 – Aug 11
- Concurrent builds: 0/1
- Plan: Free (300 credits/month)
This looks like the known July/August 2026 credit-flag bug reported by several other Free plan teams on this forum, where production deploys are blocked even though the team still has a remaining credit balance.
Could you please check and reset the stuck flag for my team so I can resume production deploys? My published site is still live, but I’m unable to push updates.
