Hi Netlify team,
My team (“asturker90 team”) is showing the banner:
“asturker90 team has run out of credits. Your sites may go offline and production deploys and Agent Runners are currently disabled.”
This matches the known “stuck credit flag” bug reported by many Free plan teams over the past 1-2 weeks (e.g. topics #164761, #164794, #164884, #164918, #164926, #164939, #165039, #165041, #165052, #165070, #165100, #165135). My Usage & Billing page shows credits are actually available, but the banner still blocks production deploys.
This is currently blocking deployment of an audit tool we actively use, and is putting a presentation planned for this week at risk.
Could you please clear the stuck flag on my account and re-enable production deploys?
