My website on Netlify: https://lockfriend.com/ is deployed by a Fiverr user: https://github.com/jabezborja/lockfriend. This user has the backend for my website and I can’t get a hold of him. Is there a way to gain access to my website’s backend files without having to access his account?
The short answer: No
The long answer: Withdrawing previous answer. See short answer above.
Would you kindly explain how if there is a way Sir?
Have withdrawn part of my previous answer.
You’ve made a terrible business decision. I hope you’ve learned a valuable lesson.
We have no way of giving you access to the site with proof of ownership. You will need the creator to give you access.
Even if I own the Netlify account? Sorry if it’s a stupid question Sir
If you manage the Netlify account you can download a deployed site. But that doesn’t the source files.
Is the backend even hosted on Netlify?
