My organisation has a Netlify account which we use to host Publii websites for internal staff use.
The login details for this account were not passed onto me by the colleague who set them up. That colleague is now unreachable.
I created a support ticket but have heard nothing.
We have a new website we need to publish urgently.
How can I go about accessing my organisation’s account? I do not have access to the departed colleague’s mailbox.
@SarahStone Do you have some way of proving ownership of anything involved?
You have to understand that without any proof, this would be as if I approached Netlify and just suddenly requested access to someone else’s existing account.
It makes sense that Netlify Support would be cautious and/or ignore these kinds of requests.
If you have access to the original source code, nothing would stop you deploying it into a new account and moving over any custom domains involved etc.
