Issue Page not found when submitting form inputs (Using Eleventy)

Hello :slight_smile:

I am currently building a simple website using Eleventy, and encounter issues with my contact page. I created a PHP file so I can redirects the user inputs to a specific mail address. However, when I deploy it online and hit the submit button, I am redirected to a 404 page not found. Any idea where the mistake could come from ? I’m not too sure you can use PHP with Netlify in the way you are describing.
