Is netlify blocking my IP address from accessing my own sites?

Hello,

For the last few months I have been getting intermittent ERR_CONNECTION_CLOSED from all browsers for my Netlify sites that I access too frequently in a given period, i.e. https://admin.getorders.com.au/

The only other possibility is that my ISP is somehow blocking the IP address, as I can for instance access the netlify URL https://cms-getorders.netlify.app.

Update #2: I manually cleared the Netlify cache and redeployed, and the URL now works. This was only ever an issue for my devices connected to the ISP (wifi). Seems to be a Netlify problem.

Update: Firefox spits out this error:

Secure Connection Failed

An error occurred during a connection to admin.getorders.com.au. PR_END_OF_FILE_ERROR

Error code: PR_END_OF_FILE_ERROR

The page you are trying to view cannot be shown because the authenticity of the received data could not be verified.
Please contact the website owners to inform them of this problem.

Thank you in advance,
Leon

thank you for sharing your solution! This is definitely helpful for other users

That’s allgood SamO, are you able to please investigate what was the root cause of the issue? If there are any logs of failures

Can you explain, how? As you mention, this was an issue for your devices connected to your WiFi. Netlify is working for 1000s of other ISPs and WiFis. Sounds like some kind of blocks (as you’ve mentioned) with your ISP or local configuration?
