IPs blocked from Netlify

My IPs seem to be blocked from Netlify. I run an MSP that provides hosted services for various livestreamers. In particular, my customers are trying to reach these hostnames:

pando-obs.cvs-gaming.com

Can I work with someone and DM my IPs so they can get whitelisted?

This seems similar to the issues in Is Netlify blocking requests from our IP?

Can you please DM me a list of the IPs that are blocked at this moment? Are they being blocked on both URLs?

Do you have a specific timestamp where this happened?
