Increase lambda limit from 10 to 26 seconds

Hello,

your chatbot instructed me if I want to increase my lambda function limit, I am to post on this forum? Kinda weird but okay, I am doing it.

I would like to request an increase to 20 or 26 seconds, I am on the pro plan.

Hi there, thanks for reaching out! I’ve increased the function timeout to 26 seconds. You’ll just need to redeploy the site for changes to take effect.

Also, with a Pro-level account you can always write in to our Support team rather than post on the forums, if you prefer!

Netlify don’t have a free plan @VAS-Empresarial.

Hi @VAS-Empresarial,

In order to increase the functions timeout limit for the site, the account will need to be on the Pro Team plan (or above).

If you upgrade to the Pro Team plan or above, please let us know and we’ll be able to increase the Functions timeout limit to 26 seconds (max time). Please also provide the site name, which we’ll need in order to increase the function time limit.
