Import existing users into identity

Hi,

I would like to know if it’s possible to import existing users into Identity, I want to migrate from my internal implementation of user authentication to Identity and I need to migrate my users with an script, so I’d need an API or something similar in Netlify.

I don’t want to notify my users about the registration, and I don’t want to invite them via the Netlify Identity settings.
