Hi! I’m having trouble getting an SSL certificate for my custom domain — it has been more than 24 hours since DNS verification started passing, and the certificate is still not issued.
Site name: barracudabattles (barracudabattles.netlify.app)
Custom domain: barracudabattles.ru, primary domain, with www.barracudabattles.ru redirecting to it
Registrar: Reg.ru (.ru domain)
DNS: Netlify DNS — the registrar points to dns1.p06.nsone.net through dns4.p06.nsone.net
Current state: in Domain management both the apex and www show “Netlify DNS” with green checkmarks. The HTTPS section shows “DNS verification was successful” with no error message, but the certificate is never provisioned. The site works fine over http on the custom domain and over https on the netlify.app subdomain.
Troubleshooting steps I have taken, following your SSL troubleshooting guide:
- confirmed DNSSEC is disabled at the registrar
- checked the DNS zone: no leftover A, AAAA or CAA records for the apex or www
- verified nameserver propagation with DNSchecker.org — only the Netlify nameservers are returned
- ran Let’s Debug (HTTP-01) with no blocking issues
- clicked “Retry DNS verification” and waited
