Can’t get SSL certificate for custom domain despite correct DNS setup

Hi Support Team

I’m having trouble getting an SSL certificate issued for my custom domain.

Domain: ndwallet.ndlabs.dev

Site name: https://ndwallet-docs.netlify.app/

DNS provider: AWS Route53

I’ve already pointed the DNS correctly — the subdomain ndwallet.ndlabs.dev is pointing to Netlify via a CNAME record. Netlify successfully detects the domain, but the SSL certificate is not being issued. I’ve waited more than 12 hours, retried DNS verification from the dashboard, and checked the records via DNS propagation tools — everything appears correct.

What I’ve tried:

  • Verified DNS is pointing to Netlify
  • Waited more than 12 hours
  • Clicked “Verify DNS configuration” multiple times
  • Verified no duplicate Netlify projects are using the same domain
  • Checked DNS propagation using dnschecker.org

There are no visible errors in the UI — just that the SSL is not issued.

Could someone please help investigate or force the verification on your end?

similar issue happened on my project too.
the support here is very low.

@DmitryK

It looks like we were able to successfully provision an SSL certificate for the site. Please let us know if you need any further assistance.

@tempuralo I’ve followed up in your original request
