Hi Netlify team,
My team is showing the banner “DGSeguros is now running on operational credits — production deploys and Agent Runners are paused.” However, Usage & Billing shows 30/30 credits available (with a warning icon), not zero.
This matches the known operational-credits flag bug reported by many other Free plan teams recently.
