I have tried that but the form wouldn’t submit and I was told to come here.
I can’t access my dashboard.
Each time I log in I just get the Netlify loading screen.
My dashboard doesn’t load.
That form is the way you receive login support.
No, it very explicitly says that for login issues you use the form.

You must select Login/Signup for the first field.
