I need assistance from a Netlify staff member with a stuck primary-domain/TLS configuration.
The current primary domain is mygolffit [dot] com. It was added by mistake and I do not own this domain.
My correct domain is mygolffits [dot] com (with the final “s”). I own this domain. It is already delegated to Netlify DNS and is successfully serving my Netlify site.
TLS provisioning for the incorrect domain is stuck/expired. The dashboard says certificate provisioning is in progress and prevents me from changing the primary domain. It also prevents me from removing the incorrect primary domain.
The incorrect domain has a Netlify-side DNS zone, but it was never actually delegated to Netlify because I do not own it.
Requested action: Please manually clear/reset the stuck TLS provisioning state for mygolffit [dot] com, remove/unlock it as the primary custom domain, and allow mygolffits [dot] com to become the primary domain.
I cannot correct the DNS for the incorrect domain because I do not own it.
