Hello Netlify Support,

My site is stuck with a wrong primary domain, and SSL provisioning cannot complete.

Site name:

Wrong current primary domain:
adubianlian.com

I do not own this domain. It was added by mistake.

Correct domains:
henmenadu.com
www.henmenadu.com

Both correct domains are already added as aliases.

The HTTPS page clearly shows DNS verification is failing for the wrong domain:
adubianlian.com

The error says that adubianlian.com does not seem to be served by Netlify.

Current status:

  • adubianlian.com is still shown as the primary/custom domain.

  • henmenadu.com and www.henmenadu.com are aliases.

  • ssl: false

  • ssl_status: null

  • showSiteTLSCertificate: null

DNS for the correct domain is already configured through Cloudflare with DNS only:

  • apex henmenadu.com A record points to Netlify IP 75.2.60.5

  • www.henmenadu.com CNAME points to the Netlify site subdomain

Access tests:

  • HTTP version of henmenadu.com works and returns 200

  • HTTP version of www.henmenadu.com works and returns 200

  • HTTPS version of henmenadu.com fails with an SSL/TLS trust error

  • HTTPS version of www.henmenadu.com fails with an SSL/TLS trust error

I attempted once to change the primary domain to henmenadu.com and once to trigger certificate provisioning, but both failed with Unprocessable Entity.

I have not changed DNS, code, or redeployed after confirming this.

Could Netlify staff please manually remove adubianlian.com from this site, reset the stuck SSL/domain state, and set henmenadu.com as the primary domain?
