My custom domain assignmentmaster.com.my is using Netlify DNS.
Both assignmentmaster.com.my and www.assignmentmaster.com.my are active and DNS verification is successful.
HTTP works, but HTTPS still returns NET::ERR_CERT_COMMON_NAME_INVALID.
Certificate provisioning has been pending for approximately 24 hours.
Could you please check and re-trigger/reset the Let’s Encrypt certificate provisioning state for my site assignmentmaster.netlify.app?
Site:
assignmentmaster.netlify.app
Custom domain:
assignmentmaster.com.my
www.assignmentmaster.com.my
Registrar:
WebServer.com.my
DNS:
Netlify DNS
Issue:
- DNS verification was successful.
- Netlify DNS is active (green check).
- Domain uses the Netlify nameservers.
- HTTP works.
- HTTPS returns NET::ERR_CERT_COMMON_NAME_INVALID.
- SSL Labs shows the server presenting the default *.netlify.app certificate instead of assignmentmaster.com.my.
The netlify.app subdomain works correctly over HTTPS.
Could someone please check whether the Let’s Encrypt certificate provisioning is stuck and re-trigger it for my custom domain?
Thank you.
