SSL certificate stuck on default *.netlify.app cert – please trigger provisioning manually

Hi Netlify team,

My custom domain is still being served the default netlify .app certificate, and HTTPS fails with NET::ERR_CERT_COMMON_NAME_INVALID. This has not resolved on its own.

Netlify site: stalwart-fudge-4f1236 .netlify .app
Custom domain: barferrari .com (primary), www .barferrari .com
DNS: Netlify DNS (nameservers dns1-4 .p08 .nsone .net)

Current status:

  • Domain management shows “Netlify DNS” active and “DNS verification was successful”
  • The site loads correctly over HTTP
  • HTTPS fails with NET::ERR_CERT_COMMON_NAME_INVALID (still serving the default netlify .app certificate)
  • I have already clicked “Verify DNS configuration” several times
  • DNSSEC is not enabled, and there are no blocking CAA records

Could a staff member please manually trigger the SSL certificate provisioning for this domain? It has been several days without it being issued. Thank you very much.
