How to report SPAM from the Netlify domain

I received SPAM email directing me to

http://sasktel.netlify.app

using an attached word document with a link to Google Docs

In turn this links to

http://sasktel.netlify.app&sa=D&source=editors&ust=1738992819439044&usg=AOvVaw3mLd7GL3OU3CXZcCZ0P9eK

It appears these SPAMMER after Sasktel (a Canadian Telcom/ISP company) customer are migrating from the Webbly.com domain to here. I have been chasing them for some time

How do I report such spam?
