How to migrate WordPress website to Netlify?

Hello, I’m new on Netlify, just heard about this CMS fon YouTube and from a friend. I like netlify layout and design, I have an old website but not satisfied with its theme and layout, can someone please guide me how can I migrate WordPress site to Netlify? and do you have any free theme/layouts or all functions are premium?
