My Free plan team is showing the banner “sabrinashelyda’s team is now running on operational credits — production deploys and Agent Runners are paused.” However, Usage & Billing shows 30 credits available (with a warning icon), and Concurrent builds 0/1.

I have not exceeded my usage — the billing period started on Sep 9 and my only deploys were a handful of small static file uploads via Netlify Drop. This appears to match the known stuck operational-credits flag issue reported by several other Free plan teams recently.
Could you please reset the credit flag on my team so I can deploy again?
