Hi Netlify Support Team,
My free tier account appears to be stuck or mistakenly flagged with an account restriction banner.
The banner states: “Matt is now running on operational credits. Your published sites are still live, but production deploys and Agent Runners are paused.”
Because of this, my serverless functions on my site are failing to execute and returning 502 Bad Gateway errors. Could a member of the support team please look into this and reset the credit status flag on my account so my functions can resume running?
