Hi Netlify team,
My team’s production deploys are blocked with the error “Account credit usage exceeded - new deploys are blocked until credits are added.” However, my Usage & Billing page shows 30/300 credits available for the current billing period (Jul 28 - Aug 27), with a warning icon (
) next to the number.
This matches the known stale “credit usage exceeded” flag bug reported by several other Free plan accounts recently (e.g. threads with the identical symptom: full/near-full credit balance shown, but
production deploys blocked by the stale flag).
Could you please check and reset the flag on my account so production deploys can resume?
