My Netlify Free plan appears to be stuck on operational credits even though the previous billing cycle has already ended.
Team name: lemonade-i-scream22
The Netlify dashboard currently shows:

Current billing period: Aug 28 to Sep 27

Credits available: 30 operational credits
-
Production deploys are paused
-
Published sites are still live
-
Today is already Sep 28, but the billing period has not reset and the normal Free plan credits have not been restored.
The dashboard also shows the message:
“Your team is now running on operational credits. Your published sites are still live, but production deploys and Agent Runners are paused.”
Could you please check whether the billing cycle or credit status for my team is stuck and restore the normal Free plan credits and production deploy capability?
